I founded Below Hair Studio in 2015 after already spending years behind the chair, and today I bring over 17 years of industry experience to the leadership side of the business. While I’m no longer taking clients myself, my focus is on operating our two locations and mentoring the next generation of stylists. And yes… my golden retriever, Kona, is still very much part of the team and often greeting guests at both studios.

My mission as a business owner is to create a space that feels welcoming, inspiring, and genuinely enjoyable for both our guests and our stylists. This industry has a unique way of transforming how people feel about themselves, and being part of those moments—now through the hands of our growing team—will always be the most rewarding part of what I do.

I’m Christina, the Operations Manager for both of our Below Hair Studio locations for almost 2 years now! With over nine years in the beauty industry, I’m genuinely passionate about creating an exceptional experience for both our team and our guests.

You’ll find me working both behind the scenes and right up front—overseeing daily operations, streamlining systems, managing inventory, and supporting our stylists so they can thrive in a positive, energizing environment.

I feel incredibly lucky to be part of the management team here, and I love being part of what makes BHS such a special place.
