Bailey opened Below Hair Studio to create a space for hair professionals to offer their services and grow their careers in a creative and supportive team culture. Her goal is to elevate the client experience by providing high end services by an educated team, in a relaxed and fun environment that feels like home for anyone who visits.

Bailey has built a loyal following behind the chair and is not taking new clients at this time.
