She specializes in balayage, blondes, lived-in colour, and bold fashion shades. Maia is deeply honoured each time a guest trusts her with their hair goals, and she prides herself on creating an experience rooted in clear communication, active listening, and transparency at every step.
She is widely known among her clients for her exceptional customer service, and for making her guests feel genuinely loved, understood, and safe in her chair.

With years of hands-on experience behind the chair, she has developed a strong expertise in lived-in blonding, dimensional colour, and modern cutting techniques.
As she continues to expand her craft, Beth is equally focused on mastering advanced extension services, allowing her to offer clients fuller, more customized looks that align with their long-term hair goals.

Savannah is an experienced hairstylist being a part of the industry since 2018, specializing in custom blondes, rich brunettes, and lived-in, natural looking colour. After relocating from Ontario to Edmonton following her recent marriage, she is excited to begin this new chapter at Below Hair Studio.
Savannah’s focus is always on creating hair that feels personalized, effortless, and uniquely suited to each guest. Whether a client is seeking a soft refresh or a full transformation, she approaches every service with thoughtful consultation, precision, and a commitment to enhancing their natural beauty.

RACHEL

Rachel is a talented colour-focused stylist who recently relocated to Edmonton. She is deeply passionate about creating artistic, high-impact colour work—whether it’s bright, radiant blondes, dimensional brondes, or bold, fiery reds.
During the first six months of her apprenticeship, she received one-on-one precision haircutting training using techniques from the renowned Toni & Guy Academy. Her dedication to education has been a defining part of her career; she has completed an intensive mentorship program, pursued extensive advanced training outside of school, and successfully challenged her final exams to become Red Seal Certified.
Rachel believes in thorough, transparent consultations. She takes the time to deeply understand each client’s goals, map out how to achieve them, and provide professional product recommendations to keep their hair looking incredible long after they’ve left the salon.
NICOLE

Nicole has had a love for hair, makeup, and all things beauty for as long as she can remember.
Before pursuing a career in hair, she attended business school for accounting, but it didn’t take long for her to realize it wasn’t the right path. Following her passion turned out to be the best decision she ever made, and she’s incredibly grateful to wake up every day doing what she loves.
For her, the most rewarding part of the industry is meeting new people, creating confidence, and getting to be a small part of someone’s life in such a meaningful way.
Outside of the salon, she’s a coffee lover, a big foodie, and someone who loves shopping, traveling, spending time with loved ones, and trying new things. One of the craziest — and best experiences she’s ever had was skydiving. She was terrified, but would do it again in a heartbeat!

New to the industry and already making her mark, she loves working with bright blondes and crafting rich, dimensional brunettes. She views hair as a true creative canvas and is dedicated to enhancing each client’s natural beauty through thoughtful colour and precision techniques.
Outside the salon, Bailey enjoys staying active; whether she’s reading a great book or hitting the gym—believing that mental and physical well-being fuel her creativity and energy behind the chair.
Thrilled to be part of the BHS team, Bailey is currently building her clientele and looks forward to welcoming new guests into her chair as she brings their hair goals to life.

She is committed to ongoing education and staying current with the latest techniques to ensure every client achieves their dream hair. Maintaining the integrity and health of the hair is one of her top priorities, and she works thoughtfully to create beautiful results that are both stunning and sustainable.
Caity’s ultimate goal is to help each client feel as beautiful as they truly are. With her upbeat, bubbly personality, she creates a comfortable, uplifting experience—and there’s always a good chance of sharing a few laughs along the way.
