I’m Christina, the Operations Manager for both of our Below Hair Studio locations for almost 2 years now! With over nine years in the beauty industry, I’m genuinely passionate about creating an exceptional experience for both our team and our guests.

You’ll find me working both behind the scenes and right up front—overseeing daily operations, streamlining systems, managing inventory, and supporting our stylists so they can thrive in a positive, energizing environment.

I feel incredibly lucky to be part of the management team here, and I love being part of what makes BHS such a special place.

As Salon Coordinator at Below Hair Studio, Rebecca is excited to bring a fresh perspective to the beauty industry. She brings years of experience in branding, customer experience, and digital marketing, along with a passion for creating welcoming, memorable experiences. Rebecca loves connecting with people and helping ensure every guest feels comfortable, cared for, and confident from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, you'll find her spending time outdoors with her dogs, Rusko and Odin, reading fantasy novels, attending live music events, or exploring all things wellness, skincare, and beauty. She believes the best experiences are built on genuine connections, thoughtful details, and helping people feel like the best version of themselves.
